Diploma Stream

DIPLOMA REQUIREMENTS

Welcome to the Diploma Stream!

Students who choose to complete the diploma may be required to have an interview to ensure the program meets their professional and academic objectives. Students who choose the diploma stream will also be assigned to an advisor. The advisor will help determine the best suitable courses to fulfill your professional and academic requirements for diploma completion.

Students must receive 14 credits in order to receive the diploma. To meet the Diploma requirements, students must complete the following:

1. Levels I & II of three out of five of the following studies areas (or any combination of the five areas): = 6 Credits
 
  • Applied Behavioural Analysis & Therapy or Behavioural Analysis
  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
  • Family Assessment and Formulation**
  • Group
  • Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

** Please note that the combined Level I and II courses are 1 credit

2.

Either **Community Health: Planning and Prevention Level I & II or

Organization Studies Level I

= 1 credits
3. One Level III course = 2 credits
4. Three elective courses = 3 credits
5. Integration = 2 credits

Total = 14 credits
