Biostatistical Consulting and Advice
Members of the CE&B Biostatistics Caucus (Joseph Beyene, Gary Foster, Lauren Griffith, Jemila Hamid, Steve Hanna, Janice Pogue, Eleanor Pullenayegum, Rob Roberts, Harry Shannon, Lehana Thabane, Stephen Walter, Changchun Xie; and Associate members Noori Akhtar-Danesh, Angelo Canty and Gregory Pond) will consult on research design at the outset of a research program, and on statistical analyses of research data. For extended consultations, collaboration as a co-investigator throughout the project may be the best arrangement. The Biostatistics Unit at St. Joseph’s Healthcare, led by Dr. Lehana Thabane, caters to researchers in the Father Sean O’Sullivan Research Centre (FSORC) but also offers advice to other Health Sciences faculty members and business clients.
