Published: June 12, 2013

MacOrtho would like to congratulate Dr. Nathan Evaniew (PGY3) on being selected by the Royal College’s International Conference on Residency Education (ICRE) planning committee and the Journal of Graduate Medical Education (JGME) as one of the nominees for the 2013 JGME / Royal College ICRE Top Resident Papers Session. His paper titled The Orthopaedic In-training Examination: Perspectives of program directors and residents from the United States and Canada.

This year they have placed a special emphasis to recognise the efforts of our resident abstract submitters in a special session at ICRE. Through a peer reviewed process Nathan's abstract was chosen as one of the top scored resident abstracts.

His oral presentation is scheduled to take place during the 2013 JGME / Royal College ICRE Top Resident Papers Session, a co-developed session by the Royal College and the JGME, on Friday, September 27.
