Dr. Jeffrey Hartman is a Junior Orthopaedic Surgery resident at McMaster University. He completed 3 years of a BSc. in Kinesiology degree at the University of Alberta before attending the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with Clinic Honours. He returned home to Saskatchewan a year later where he completed his medical degree at the University of Saskatchewan. He received a number of honours including the Merck Canada Award in Pharmacology, the G.J.Millar Book Prize in Physiology, and the Anatomy Award for highest academic standing in anatomy.
Dr. Hartman has an interest in musculoskeletal anatomy and has recently published a literature review in Clinical Anatomy titled ‘Anatomy and Clinical Significance of the Uncinate Process and Uncovertebral Joint: A Comprehensive Review’. He also has interests in the management of spinal and sports related injuries.
Outside of medicine Dr. Hartman enjoys spending time with his wife, son and dog.
