Dr. Kamaljeet Singh is afifth year resident in the McMaster Orthopedics Residency Program under the IMG category.
He completed his undergraduate degree and medical school degree from Punjab University, India. He commpleted hree years ofresidency training in Orthopedics in India and obtained degree of Diplomate National Board (DNB-Orthopedics) from Command Hospital (WC), India.
He moved to Canada in 2006 and did two years of fellowship in Orthopedics, with research focused on Hip impingement with Dr Beaule at Ottawa University (Ottawa General Hospital). His research interests include hip pain in young the younger population. Recently his residency research project on femoroacetabular impingement with Dr Ayeni was accepted in KSSTA.
He plans to pursue his subspecialty in sports and upper Extremity and will start Sports Fellowship at Western University in 2014.
In his free time, he likes to spend time with his wife Jessie and son Harsh. His sports interests are driving Bikes, ATVs and Seedoos.
