Krishan Rajaratnam

Dr. Krishan Rajaratnam did his BSc.(H) at McMaster University, and his MD at the University of Toronto. He has done 2 Fellowships in Upper Extremity / Trauma at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto and the University of Sydney, Royal North Shore in Australia. He has also completed a Fellowship in Joint Arthroplasty at the Toronto Western Hospital. He has been in Orthopaedic practice at McMaster University since 2003.

In addition to running a busy clinical practice, Dr. Rajaratnam is particularly interested in the education of our resident colleagues in current shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty.

Dr. Rajaratnam takes pride in being able to maintain an equable home / work life balance with his Emergency Physician wife, four hockey and soccer crazed children, and a personal obsession with squash (the game not the vegetable).
