Dr. Moin Khan is a 4th year resident in the MacOrtho training program. He is currently completing a master’s degree in Health Research Methodology with a specialization in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics. His subspecialty and research interests are in orthopaedic sports surgery and evidence-based orthopaedics.
Some fun facts about Dr. Khan are that:
1) He has a black belt in Karate and has been practicing the art for more than 15 years.
2) His best on call consult was a request to repair a bed given that the janitor was unavailable.
3) He was awarded the Juravinski Research fellowship award as a PGY-3 resident in 2013.
4) He enjoys travelling and this summer he will be going on a cruise to the Caribbean with his wife Rana.
