Dr. Paul Grosso is an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) in the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at McMaster University. He completed his medical and orthopaedic residency training at the University of Toronto. He then did his fellowship training in adult hip and knee reconstruction at the Toronto Western Hospital followed by a fellowship in arthroscopy and sports medicine.
Currently, Dr. Grosso is a staff surgeon at the Grand River and St. Mary's hospitals in Kitchener. His clinical interests include hip and knee arthroplasty, particularly complex primary and revision arthroplasty, as well as knee and shoulder arthroscopy.
