Dr. Raman Mundi awarded The Fergus Mills Scholarship

MacOrtho is pleased to announce that Dr. Raman Mundi (PGY3/ SSP/ CIP) was awarded The Fergus Mills Scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year. This scholarship will support Dr. Mundi’s research in the McMaster Health Research Methodology program. His research project is centred on evaluating the international burden and management of orthopaedic fractures and he will serve as project manager of the INORMUS Global study.

The Fergus Mills Scholarship was established in 2008 by Dr. Edward Mills in honour of his father, Fergus Mills. The scholarship is awarded by the McMaster School of Graduate Studies on the recommendation of the Assistant Dean for Health Research Methodology, to a student enrolled in a graduate program in Health Sciences who is committed to research which will help people in a developing country.
