Dr. Bhandari provided a keynote address--"Domestic Violence: Ofcourse we want to help, but how?" at the Family Practice Evening Rounds in the Waterloo Campus and the Michael DeGroote School of Medicine.

Intimate Partner Violence and Child Maltreatment, The Domestic Assault Review Team (D.A.R.T.) of Waterloo Region
The session aimed to:
1. To understand the prevalence of IPV among women with injuries.
2. To discuss identification and the first response by health care providers.
3. To outline a general approach to suspected child abuse.
4. To become familiar with Waterloo Region resources addressing IPV and child maltreatment.
