Units for EC50 values -- from A.K. Grover --

Are the EC50 values for this agent correct - in the range of 2 mM? If so, I have two questions, how can it be a useful agent if it affects membrane potential in the high micromolar agent? Further, if it is an organic compound which I assume it is, at concentrations as high as 2 mM, would it not affect cell membranes?

Error in conversionof EC50 values -- from Y.M. Leung --

I think there is an error after my file has been converted: it should be 2 microM rather than 2 milliM. The "m" in the mM has been converted by the symbol command to read as the greek micro, but somehow reconverted back to m during file manipulation, I suppose. Sorry for any inconvenience.
