Current Status/Position:

2012 – Present: Full time staff cardiologist, Division of cardiology, Department of medicine at St Catherines General Hospital, Niagara health system, St Catherines, ON.
Clinical assistant Professor with McMaster University

Teaching Experience:

  • Actively involved in bedside and dedicated teaching to junior residents and medical students; was flattered by the excellent reviews given to my multiple grand round presentations.    

Research Interests:

I am interested in research aiming at decreasing mortality and morbidity associated with coronary artery disease. For example reviewing the impact of anemia, renal failure and/or age on outcomes post primary PCI.
