The pediatric fellowship is a one-year fellowship program at McMaster University Medical Centre. The fellow rotates through multiple imaging modalities including plain films, ultrasound, MRI, CT and fluoroscopy-guided GI/GU studies. The fellowship experience encompasses all aspects of pediatric imaging, including body and pediatric neuro-imaging. Cases will include inpatient, ER, ICU and outpatient work.

The fellow is involved in clinical, surgical and pathologic rounds and participates radiology and pediatric resident teaching. The candidate is expected to develop at least one formal research project during the fellowship. The fellow covers approximately one week of call per four-week rotation. The fellow is always on-call with a staff radiologist.
