MOSAIC and Avenue Instructions

This training is online through the Mosaic system. First you have to access the Mosaic page and sign in, your McMaster ID is necessary to sign in. Follow this link to access the Mosaic sign in page.

NOTE: If you cannot sign in to the Mosaic page you should review the information under the "SUPPORT" tab on the Mosaic sign in page or contact UTS directly.

NOTE: If you are off campus you may have to establish a secure connection to the Mosaic system using the Virtual Private Network (VPN). Follow this link to go to the UTS web page for VPN instructions and the download.

Once you are in Mosaic, follow these instructions to register through Mosaic. The Mosaic course number is provided in the chart on the left of the page.

Your request will move to the Avenue to Learn web site within two business days. Your MACID will allow you to access the Avenue system. The training can be completed in Avenue and the result will transfer back to Mosaic within two business days. You may need to look under the heading "Student" or "Continuing" to locate your MOSAIC training request.

Once you have successfully completed the training, including a quiz for each module, your record will be kept in Mosaic.

You can access your training record through Mosaic as well, follow these instructions to access your record.

The FHS Safety Office does not have access to training records held in the Mosaic system.
