VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Volunteers are needed for minute taking support for our Joint Health and Safety Committees. If you can spare 1.5-2 hours a month (or can commit to a few individual meetings) and would like to support our JHSC, please contact fhsso@mcmaster.ca.

Injury/Incident Report Form

The McMaster Injury/Incident Report must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of an injury. The form must be downloaded and saved to your computer before filling. Click this link for more details related to incident reporting.

NEW High Risk Hazard Lab Safety Self-Assessment Checklist Program - starting November - will be facilitated by FHSSO Lab Safety Assistant (Mohaimen Ibrahim). Emails will be sent to PIs to coordinate a time to review.
